Miscellaneous charges

  • Prices are before tax, administrative service fee, security & room fee (the room fee is due to COVID-19 restrictions).
  • Chivari Chairs (Available for rental in Black, Wood, Gold & Silver for 6.00 ea.)
  • Premium Bar is 2.50 per person for each additional 30 minutes
  • Top Shelf Bar is 4.50 per person for each additional 30 minutes
  • Uplighting $30 per light (you may add as many lights as you'd like)
  • Extra Table Setup ($50-75 per additioanl table needed) Tables include 10 seats per table.
  • Color Napkins ($.50- $1.25  per napkin depending on color and material)
  • Upscale Linen (Prices range from $7 - $40 per item. Please ask for a quote)
  • Soft Drinks Bar for Bronze Package $3.00 per person
  • Cake Cutting/Ice Cream (no charge, if cut right after dinner)
  • Police Officer (one officer per 150 guests; $150 per officer, 2 officers 250)

Please Note:
A $1,000 deposit and signed contract are required to reserve your event. Payment of $1,000 or more are required every two to three months leading to your event.

The final payment must be paid in full ten days before your event in cash or cashiers check only. We do not accept personal checks for any payments.

  • A service fee, local sales tax, security fee & room fee (the room fee is due to COVID-19 restrictions) will be added to any package.
  • Minimum number of guests is 175 adults for Saturdays or holiday weekends and 100 adult minimums for Fridays & Sundays.
  • The minimum menu price on a Saturday or holiday weekend is $30 per person plus tax, administrative service fee and security.
  • Discounts for Friday and Sunday events are available. ($2.00 off per person on any open premium or top shelf bar package)
